In April 2026, Quest Diagnostics needed a national town hall for about 10,000 employees, and they wanted it to feel like a real broadcast instead of a webcam meeting.

The catch: almost everything had to run inside Microsoft Teams, on Quest's own secured laptops, inside their approved network environment. No outside gear, no shortcuts around their security perimeter.

We split the production across two rooms, reframed every incoming Teams feed through a Blackmagic ATEM system to strip the meeting-software look off it, and ran it live for four straight days.
